The first ever indoor session at the JJB Soccerdome North Shields was a complete disaster as confusion arose over our booking.
I can only apologise on behalf of the club for what happened but quite frankly the mistake was on behalf of the JJB. The booking was made over the phone and an invoice was sent via e-mail on 22nd December 2009 by JJB for payment and confirmation was again made on the phone for the booking. (Invoice Number : NS 042/001355 refers).

It would appear that we were not the only people who’s bookings were not honoured at this time as other people were also sent packing. Once again a big sorry for all the people inconvenienced. I will be speaking to their management.
